I have been coming to this restaurant for years. It used to be located in Flushing, but it has relocated to Bayside. There has been more variety on the menu and the location has definitely expanded. I still ordered my favorite dishes (Chinese Egg Scallion Pancake, Beef Noodle Soup, and Soup Dumplings). I have to admit that I was disappointed in the Beef Noodle Soup, it was too oily. There was not enough flavor. Also, I still enjoyed the Chinese Egg Scallion Pancake and Soup Dumplings. The pancake was not too greasy and the egg was crispy. Be careful of the hot soup in the soup dumplings. It will burn your tongue!

I love ice cream. My freezer is always stocked with ice cream. Earlier this week, I was at the supermarket and the amount of sugar added disappointed me. So I made my own recipe.
1 cup of light cream
1 freezer container
Slice, core, and peel the mangoes.
Place the mangoes in a blender.
Pour in 1 cup of light cream.
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture in the freezer container.
Place the mixture in the freezer and let it freeze overnight.

As a huge fan of Apple, I knew that I had to check out this store. Honestly, I came to see the geometric architecture, which is made of glass! Walking up to Fifth Avenue, the store is truly a stunner. It made super excited, the store is definitely Instagram worthy. Even the three second elevator is cool! The stairs are clear. If you are scared of heights, please be careful! It is a popular store and the staff is very friendly. It is a sight to see and check out.

I really enjoyed this restaurant, it is very clean. I find that it is the busiest around 12-2. The location is super convenient, there is a library and a supermarket nearby. I ordered a bowl of salty soybean milk with the deep fried Chinese Crullers. It was super tasty and fills you up. The flavor is not too salty, the cruller adds a crunch to the meal. Remember to order a side of soup dumplings and green scallion pancakes to complete your meal. Bring your family and friends.

I love rice porridge for breakfast. It is too bland to eat alone, so I mix in this recipe to add some flavor and crunch to my breakfast. Who doesn’t like to start the day with one of their favorite dishes? Also, my mom has been cooking this dish since I was little. It makes me nostalgic.
1 package of anchovies
1 package of peanuts
2 cups of canola oil
8 large jalapeno peppers (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 frying pan
Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat and add/fry in the anchovies until golden brown.
Take the anchovies out of the frying pan and place it on a plate with a napkin to soak the oil.
Add 1 cup of oil in the frying pan with the garlic and chopped jalapeno peppers.
Add in the peanuts and anchovies in the frying pan. Stir fry for 3-5 mins.
Serve with a bowl of rice porridge.

Personally, I never been to a Comedy Club and I did not know what to expect! I went to this Comedy Club for my best friend’s birthday celebration. The tickets were extremely reasonable, they were only 12 dollars a piece. The atmosphere was very family friendly and I spend 90 minutes laughing with some of my best friends. It was money well spent. The aspect that I loved about the show was that the comedians were interactive with the audience. The vibe was entertaining and friendly. It is a great place to go with friends and family.
